Cancellation Policy
Effective August 10, 2026
Rescheduling
You may transfer the 30% booking deposit to one new shoot date without a fee when notice is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Requests received with less notice may require a new deposit to reserve another date.
Cancellation
Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the shoot may receive a refund of the booking deposit, less non-refundable expenses already approved or incurred. For cancellations within 48 hours, the 30% booking deposit is retained to cover reserved time and preparation. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or inaccessible locations may be charged up to the full booked amount.
Weather and aerial work
If weather or flight conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule aerial coverage or the entire shoot without a cancellation fee. If interior capture can proceed, we may finish exterior or drone footage during the next suitable window.
Property not ready
If a location is not accessible or reasonably ready at the scheduled time, we may wait up to 15 minutes when the schedule allows. Additional waiting, return travel, or a new appointment may require a rescheduling fee.
Delivered work and refunds
Because creative services are custom, completed capture time and delivered media are generally non-refundable. We will correct technical issues that fall within the agreed scope and use the included unlimited edit revisions to address reasonable editing requests.
