Estimates and booking
Website prices are starting prices and may change based on property size, location, access, complexity, requested deliverables, travel, weather, and timing. A project is booked after the scope, price, and date are confirmed in writing and the 30% booking deposit is received. The deposit is credited toward the project total. The client confirms that they have permission to authorize filming at the location.
Location readiness and access
The home, business or other location should be clean, camera-ready, accessible, and prepared at the scheduled time. Market Visuals 360 may move small items for a shot but is not responsible for cleaning, staging, moving furniture or managing customers and employees. Clients should secure valuables, pets, access codes, and anyone who should not appear in the media.
Drone and weather
Aerial work is performed only when legal, safe, and operationally practical. Airspace, weather, people, property restrictions, or other conditions may require a different flight time, alternate footage, or rescheduling. Drone coverage is never guaranteed where safe or lawful flight is not possible.
Delivery and revisions
Most projects are delivered in 5–7 business days unless otherwise agreed. Film packages include unlimited reasonable edit revisions requested within 14 days of the first delivery. Revisions must use footage from the original shoot and remain within the agreed project direction. New filming, a new concept or additional deliverables may be quoted separately. Zillow processing times may be controlled by Zillow rather than Market Visuals 360.
Payment, license, and portfolio use
A 30% booking deposit is due to reserve the confirmed shoot date. The remaining 70% is due before final media is delivered. After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use final delivered media to market the property or business described in the project. Raw footage and project files are not included unless agreed in writing. Market Visuals 360 retains copyright and may show finished work in its portfolio unless the client opts out in writing before the shoot.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Market Visuals 360 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, platform outages, listing performance, business results, or conditions outside its reasonable control. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
